The Cottage is set in its own garden - laid to grass with rockeries and hedges. There is also a herb garden which guests are welcome to make use of.

Ample parking for four cars - and a trailer if required! There is a Type 2 Electric Vehicle charger for guest's use.

Appletree Cottage is situated on a quiet back road with only occasional traffic and the odd farm vehicle. However Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh are all easily accessible from this ideal location. Perfectly positioned for exploring the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park.

During your stay you may spot roe deer, pheasants, rabbits, hares and the occasional hedgehog! Previous guests have spotted over 40 species of bird including local Ospreys.

Set on raised ground, Appletree Cottage commands fantastic views over open countryside to the south. The famous Whangy rock formation can be spotted in Kilpatrick Hills three miles away.

Appletree is surrounded by open fields, populated by sheep and cattle. It is the ideal place to relax and dream. Perfect for that special holiday. Great cycling and walking on the quiet back roads.
