Highland Games dates 2023
There are many Highland games events throughout Scotland during the summer months.

Sports include: Throwing the Hammer, Tossing the Caber, Tug of War and many athletics events.
There are also piping and drumming competitions as well has highland dancing. There are usually numerous stalls and refreshments for the visitors.

The Helensburgh & Lomond Highland Games is a family friendly event that celebrates all things Scottish, featuring modern & traditional sporting events including Highland Dancing, Athletics and of course, Caber tossing.
Although the Helensburgh Highland Games date back as far as 1889, they were resurrected in 2008 and have been growing from strength to strength & even featured on BBC 1's The One Show in 2011.
